Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
Where do you ship from?
We currently ship worldwide from our warehouse in Japan. As demand from the U.S. and Taiwan grows, we are preparing to expand our shipping options from those regions as well.
How long will it take to get my orders?
It depends on where you are. Domestic orders within Japan will take 1–4 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7–16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
Do you support multiple languages?
Yes. Our main languages are English and Japanese, but we also support other languages using translation tools. Please feel free to contact us in your native language.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
We’re sorry, but gift wrapping is not available. Our company is based in the U.S., while shipping is handled through a partner warehouse in Japan. Because our staff is not on site, we’re unable to provide special wrapping or custom handling at this time.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns only if the item you purchased through our website is defective. Please contact us in advance, and if approved, the return must be made within 7 days of receipt. For international returns, shipping costs may apply.
Our company, employees, and warehouse are all located in Japan. Please note that return, refund, and exchange practices may differ between Japan and other countries. Except in cases where we determine an item to be defective, we generally do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges. This policy is fully compliant with Japanese law.

We understand that many customers are interested in the evidence behind our information. However, research on avian nutrition is still limited compared to other animals. In many cases, studies are based on poultry rather than companion birds.
Not every aspect of avian nutrition is backed by established research or peer-reviewed studies. Just as you may not verify scientific evidence for every single item you feed your bird, we rely on a combination of human nutrition studies, observational data, and insights from various scholars and avian experts.
It is important to recognize that some research emphasizes benefits while other research highlights potential drawbacks. We encourage you not to rely on a single paper or perspective, but instead to gather information from multiple angles and offer your bird as many safe and healthy options as you can :)
