This blend includes foraging items that many parrots use in the wild. Natural gum nuts, eucalyptus and pods, banksia pods and flowers, Australian pine cones, and other items make for a totally natural foraging experience for any bird, especially those from Down Under! But this comes with a larger pieces for those big destroyers!
NOTE: Each bag has a random mix of items so no guarantee can be made as to what is included in the bag you receive. Eucalyptus may appear discolored which is completely natural and no cause for concern.
Many of the smaller items like seeds will settle to the bottom so be sure to offer that to your bird as well.
Offer this in any way you offer food items. You can mix these blends with food items to help enhance the foraging experience. You can roll some of the pods, for example, in smaller food items like seeds so your birds can pick them out.
Keep in mind that these are sustainably harvested items so some items may be naturally discolored; every item is checked to ensure it is free of molds and other naturally occurring growth.
